Lake Point Building

In the Multi-Purpose Room and the Café, banquet tables and chairs are set-up for you free of charge. Normal cleaning charges are also included in the cost of most of our rental rates.

Facilities are not available on major holidays. On other holidays, a surcharge will apply for liaison, set-up and cleaning charges.

Rooms are reserved only after receipt of deposit and signed contract. Deposit is applied to rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event, or the event will be canceled.

Payments can be made by check, money order, or by credit card. Full refund if the event is canceled no less than 14 days prior to the event (less 5% for credit card payments).

Tablecloths are required if food is to be served. No glitter or confetti may be used.
