Reverse Mortgage
Program
A reverse
mortgage is a loan against your home
that you do not have to pay back for as long as
you live there. It can be paid to you all at
once in a single lump sum or as a regular
monthly advance. The money you get plus
interest must be repaid if you sell your home,
or permanently move out.
