Manifest Your Destiny Gala

Family Housing Advisory Services announced that the 40th anniversary “Manifest Your Destiny Gala” was a great success. 0ver 400 attended it’s on Saturday, September 13 at the Downtown Hilton Omaha Holiday. The event Featured keynote speaker Hill Harper: Actor: CSI/NY and Author: “Letters to Young Brother-MANifest Your Destiny and Letters to Young Sister”-DeFINE Your Destiny.

 Master of Ceremonies for the evening was Frank L. Hayes, founder and CEO of Hayes & Associates, L.L.C, CPAs and Consultants since 1983.  Event Chair was Dianne S. Lozier, Corporate Counsel for the Lozier Corporation, a store fixtures manufacturing company. Rev. Jeremiah McGee gave the invocation, and Omaha North High School singing group, “Heartbreakers,” sang well-received versions of “A Change is Gonna Come” and “Yesterday.” FHAS Board Members Ernest White and Carol Russell also spoke to the audience, along with Executive Director/ CEO Teresa Hunter and Lozier.
